- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★This was my first time in Big Deal and I desperately needed money to help with my upcoming move. Jaime was wonderful to me. He stretched the amount that was available to loan on my items as far as possible to make sure I had enough money to move. He was so kind and understanding as was the manager he asked to help me as a first time customer. He treated me like a friend not like someone to exploit as is the case with most pawn shops. I will definitely be back here! I highly recommend anyone in need of a pawn shop come to Big Deal and ask for Jaime!!By MR.waffles, April 20, 2017
- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★The store is very clean and bigger than I expected! I was surprised when I walked inside because my usual pawn shop is pretty musty and aged. The service was quick and fair. Thanks to Garrit and Jaime, especially. They were polite and far from what I expected. I'm used to haggling for a fair price yet they proposed a pretty fair price right off the bat. I was hesitant to try something new, but now I'm a dedicated customer. These two are definitely changing the pawn game!By Alexis Bradley, December 27, 2016
