  I have been a customer for Bank Of America since it bought out C & S - 36 years + - This is my closest branch - we have several accounts, including 2 business accounts. My employee just stood in line for 25 minutes - so i paid my employee to stand in line - if you had enough tellers or a drive through that you actually manned instead of a remote teller it would be great!! Technology is not always the answer for good customer service. People like to trust where there money is going - how I wish this was a conventional location - it worked so much better before you automated it. The tellers are always helpful just understaffed. Really dislike going in this branch because of above reasons!

  They only have one teller. Doing a transaction takes 30 min because they are so understaffed. When this teller goes to lunch, there is no one to perform transactions for an hour. They want you to use the computers / automated "teller" which takes twice as long and is quite honestly very confusing. They have a guy, maybe the branch manager, that is rude and tells everyone how to use this computer "teller" instead of just hopping on a teller station and relieving the backup or covering for the teller that is at lunch. How very irresponsible to not have cross trained employees and if you do have crossbtrained employees it's even worse that they are not being utilized. At the end of the day, SERVICE YOUR CUSTOMER! This will be guaranteed the worst banking experience you have, if you don't believe me, go and try for yourself.
